- General provisions
- Locura Tanguera Marathon 4th ed. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Marathon’) is an event organised by Locura Tanguera Foundation with its seat in Pszów, ul. Pszowska 441g, KRS 0001021229, NIP 6472602264, REGON 524864835 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Foundation’), represented by Sylwia and Piotr Kijewscy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organisers’). The Foundation takes care of the formal and financial aspects of the event, while the Organisers will arrange all the other artistic, technical and practical matters connected with the actual organisation of the Marathon (including registration).

- Duration: 14-17.08.2025.
- The Marathon schedule is available on the official website of the event: http://locuratanguera.pl
- The provisions of these regulations are an integral part of the Marathon registration and apply to each Participant throughout the event.
- Registration
- All participants must complete the relevant application form.
- You will receive a message confirming your registration, which is not a final acceptance to the Marathon
- You can register as a couple or solo.
- When registering as a couple, your partner fills in the form independently.
- Couple registrations are considered first. If you register solo, you will be put on a waiting list and on a first come first served basis you will be assigned to a couple according to your role.
- By registering for the Marathon you only pay for your participation, without meals or accommodation.

Full pass (Friday-Sunday) per person: PLN (EUR )
SPECIAL DISCOUNT for Locura Tanguera Friends – 10% discount per person for those who have already been to Locura 2 times (discount only for those who have paid for full pass in previous years) – that is PLN (EUR ) per person and free entrance to torsdays premilonga
Price for 1 selected package – T (Tradition) or A (Alternative): PLN ( EUR)
The price in EUR is subject to change, depending on the exchange rate on the day of actual payment.
h. Provide details in the form that can be confirmed with your ID card when you first arrive at the event.
i. If registering as a couple, a failure to pay the Marathon fee on part of one person in the couple will result in the other person being added to the waiting list.
j.The organiser reserves the right not to accept an application/refuse participation of a given person without stating reasons.
- Terms of registration, payment and cancellation
a. Within 14 days of registration, we will send an email about acceptance of your participation, stating terms of payment.
b. Once you have paid 100% of the Marathon costs, you become a full participant.
c. Resignation from Marathon – we offer two solutions:
– Refund of the participation fee (the refund amount depends on the incurred costs of Marathon organisation), no more than 70% of the initial payment. You may resign from the Marathon up to 30 days before its date, i.e. up to 14.07.2025. After this date, neither cancellation nor refund is possible.
– Giving your Marathon pass to another person, informing the Organisers about it by e-mail: info@locuratanguera.pl and settling with the chosen person personally. If you do not find such a person, write to the Organisers and there may be someone on the waiting list who will take advantage of the opportunity.
d. We will make a refund to your nominated account within 14 days of notification.
e. Organisers shall not bear the costs for bank commissions, card payment or currency conversion.
- Rules applicable during the Marathon
a. When you first enter the marathon building, you will receive a wristband. The wristband entitles you to participate in the event, so wearing it throughout the event is mandatory.
b. Each Marathon Participant is obliged to observe the rules of personal culture and social norms. Aggressive persons, persons under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances will not be admitted to the area where the Marathon takes place.
c. Smoking is not permitted in the entire Marathon premises.
d. During the Marathon the generally known rules of Argentine Tango shall apply (cabeceo, observance of the ronda, etc.). Failure to comply with these rules may result in consequences imposed by the Organisers.
- Liability of the Foundation and Organisers
- The Foundation is responsible for all financial settlement matters relating to the Marathon and the Organisers shall be responsible for the proper conduct of the Marathon in accordance with the schedule.
- The Organisers do not arrange for accommodation during the Marathon. Links to hotels and other accommodation are provided http://locuratanguera.pl.
- The Organisers arranged Catering Prus and Szykowna Restaurant, which will serve vegetarian and meat meals in MOK basement at the times stated in the detailed schedule. They will also provide breakfast/brunch for those interested (payment on the spot). Participants shall contact the catering company directly. Links to other restaurants, catering companies and fast food outlets are provided at: http://locuratanguera.pl.
- In case the event does not take place due to reasons solely attributable to the Organisers, the Organisers will return the entire amount paid by the Participant to the bank account indicated by the Participant within 14 working days counted from the date of the event.
- In case Marathon does not take place due to reasons beyond the Organisers’ control, e.g. pandemic, fire, natural disaster, etc., the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund of fees related to participation in the Marathon. All payments will be transferred to the next appointed date of the Marathon about which Participants will be notified by e-mail.
- The Organisers shall not be liable for any Participant’s health impairment caused by the actions of other Participants.
- The Participants will be held fully liable for any damage they cause to property in the area where the Marathon takes place.
- The Organisers bear no responsibility for Participants’ belongings which may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Marathon.
- Final provisions
a. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Marathon Regulations and schedule.
b. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any person violating the Regulations from the Marathon venue without the right to return to the event area or to claim a refund of any expenses incurred in connection with participation in the event, including the participation fee.
c. Any disputes that may arise from participation in the Marathon will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the Foundation’s headquarters.
d. The Regulations are available on the website http://locuratanguera.pl
e. In matters not regulated by the Regulations the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
f. The Regulations shall enter into force as of the date of their announcement and shall remain in force until the official end of the Marathon by the Organisers
GDPR information
- By submitting the registration form for Locura Tanguera 4th edition you give your consent for the Foundation and Organisers to process your personal data included in the form.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the Marathon.
- The Data Controller of the http://locuratanguera.pl portal is Locura Tanguera Foundation, with its seat in Pszów, ul. Pszowska 441g, KRS 0001021229, NIP 6472602264, REGON 524864835 (hereinafter: ‘Foundation’). The Foundation’s e-mail: info@locuratanguera.pl
- The Foundation processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing the service of keeping a booking system for milongas and other events offered by the Foundation, via the website http://locuratanguera.pl. The legal basis for processing the data is the performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- the sale of workshops, milongas and other events and products offered by the Foundation – the legal basis for data processing is the performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- consideration of complaints, investigation and defence in the event of mutual claims – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Foundation – (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the execution of the agreement, and after that period for the purposes and to the extent required by law or for securing possible claims, or until withdrawal of granted consent.
- The recipients of personal data will be:
- entities providing and supporting the Organisers’ and Foundation’s ICT systems for the purpose of operating the http://locuratanguera.pl portal.
- We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
- Each person, to the extent provided by law, has the right to access their data and to rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw granted consent at any time by contacting us at: info@locuratanguera.pl. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
In case of any doubts related to the processing of personal data, any person may request information from the Foundation. Notwithstanding the above, each person has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
